Caviar House  in London’s St James Street was built in 1907 having been commissioned by the Royal Insurance Company.

Today this ten-storey mixed use building houses a Seafood Bar on the ground floor and commercial space throughout the upper floors.

CADS Surveys was commissioned to undertake a measured survey of the entire building for Landswood le Coy LLP. The purpose was to create a full set of existing 2D plans and elevations. A net lettable area report was also produced to support compliance with UK property and landlord-tenant law, specifically the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954.
