Supporting a Major Regeneration at Elephant & Castle

The Elephant & Castle railway station opened in 1890 and is undergoing a significant redevelopment as part of a larger regeneration project for the area with completion expected in 2029.

The former Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre, opened in 1965, is being redeveloped into a mixed-use scheme with residential, commercial, retail spaces, and a new station entrance.

CADS Surveys was commissioned to undertake a measured survey of all the railway arches beneath the platform at Elephant and Castle railway station. The survey also covered two archway openings and 2 internal units for our sister company Prosper, on behalf of Gardiner & Theobold.
