This building comprised of 10 floors was completed in 1930 as the offices for Middlesex County council. Before redevelopment, the building was home to the Liberal Democrats London headquarters.

Today it has planning permission to create a 134-bedroom residential development, providing the opportunity to create a luxury hotel or premium serviced apartments.

CADS Surveys was commissioned by FM Construction and Maintennce Ltd to undertake a measured survey of the entire building, to facilitate the developers design proposals with a 3D Revit® MEP Modelling deliverable.
